Spring Equinox Manifestation
The vernal equinox marks the transition from winter to spring, where the days become longer and the nights warmer. It is a time of renewal and rebirth, where the earth begins to awaken from its winter slumber and burst forth with new life.
This season is a time of great change and growth, where baby animals begin to grow and develop their natural curiosity about the world around them. As they become more mobile and adventurous, they explore their surroundings with excitement and wonder, learning valuable skills and adapting to their environment. The arrival of spring also brings with it the blooming of wildflowers, which burst forth with vibrant colorful hues and sweet fragrances. This natural spectacle serves as a powerful symbol of renewal and rejuvenation, as the cycle of life begins anew and the earth is reborn from its winter slumber. The beauty and resilience of flora reminds us of the importance of embracing change and finding hope and optimism in the face of adversity.
To celebrate the arrival of spring, I recently led a women's circle meditation and manifestation event. The setting was perfect for our celebration, with fresh air filling our lungs, and lush green growth as far as the eye could see from San Diego’s recent rainstorms. The natural surroundings of the spa provided a serene and calming environment, perfect for setting intentions and cultivating divine energy.
We began our meditation by connecting with our pranayama and grounding ourselves in the present moment. I encouraged the women to feel the earth supporting them and imagine themselves rooted like trees. With each inhale, we welcomed in new energy and light, and with each exhale, we released anything from the past season that no longer served us. As we continued to breathe and meditate, we set our intentions for the coming season. We focused on the energy of renewal and growth, imagining ourselves blossoming like the flowers around us. We spoke of our desires for personal growth, abundance, and joy. We visualized ourselves stepping into our power, shedding any self-doubt or fear that may be holding us back.
As our guided meditation came to a close, I took a moment to express gratitude for the beauty and abundance of spring. We thanked mother gaia for providing us with everything we need to thrive and grow. We acknowledged the interconnectedness of all beings and felt a deep sense of unity with the natural world around us, no matter what walk of life we came from.
The symbolic celebration of Ostara is a time to honor the changing seasons and the cycles of life. It is a time to embrace new beginnings and release anything that is holding us back. By connecting with the energy of renewal and growth, we can tap into the powerful energy of the universe and manifest our deepest desires. The spring equinox is a time of great transformation. It is a time to shed old patterns and embrace new beginnings. By setting intentions and manifesting divine energy, we can harness the power of the universe and step into our truest selves. As we welcome in the new season, let us embrace the beauty and abundance of the natural world around us, and let us blossom like the flowers that surround us.
