They are not a substitute for medical or professional advice, and you should always consult your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in my services and assume all risks of injury or illness that may result.

3. Certified and Insured: I am CPR/First Aid/AED certified by the Red Cross of America and have professional liability coverage limits of coverage: $2,000,000 each claim / aggregate: $4,000,000 effective as of 12/26/2022, with a carrier of Beazley Insurance Company Inc. This information is provided for your knowledge and assurance.

4. Fees and Payment: All fees for my private services will be discussed in a consultation and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise specified on the website. I accept payment by credit card or other payment methods specified on the website.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy: I understand that sometimes life happens and plans change. If you need to cancel a one on one yoga session with me, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session or event. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.

6. Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are personal property to myself and my photographer and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content on this website without prior written consent from the owner.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I and my affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this website or participation in my services, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or other legal theory.
